Case Study
She came to me completely overwhelmed. She loved working with her clients but she was feeling out of her depth with running the business. She was so aware of how much she didn’t know, that it was affecting her confidence and how she was showing up. She felt out of control and constantly on the backfoot. She was beating herself up on a daily basis with all the things she ‘should’ be doing.
She said she didn’t know how she was ever going to make the money she needed too, because she was spending so much time on business admin, and didn’t have any space for more clients.
We talked through her processes. She was spending a lot of time on repetitive tasks, going backwards and forwards with her clients, and manually inputting information.
I introduced some tools to help her streamline her customer onboarding process.
- She set up a Google Form to capture client information
- She set up an Appointment Scheduling software so that her clients could book in calls without the to-ing and fro-ing
- She started accepting credit card payments instead of faffing with BACS info
These things were set up within a week. And finally she had more space in her diary (and in her head). So she could bring on more clients, and start getting the income she needed.
