Globally we have experienced many dramatic changes over the last 3 years: the fall-out of a global health pandemic, economic collapse, questionable leadership, planetary health worries and rapidly changing social 'norms'. For many women, dreams, aspirations and goals have had to adapt and evolve. Your career or business may not be where you thought it would be 3 years ago, but with a slight 'pivot', it has every chance of becoming more than you ever dreamed of moving forward.
Natalie Elliott is an entrepreneur, broadcast commentator, founder of natural beauty brand, 'Sakrid', and MUM! Natalie is also the presenter of The Natural Beauty Show on UK Health Radio and The Beauty Room podcast with OK! Magazine.
TikTok is going nowhere in 2023 and will be increasingly hard to ignore. It continues to be the most downloaded app in the UK, competing with Google and Netflix to be an all round entertainment platform.
Do you like the sound of growing a brand new audience to sell your products and services to? If you've downloaded the app, taken a look, posted some reels or maybe started posting consistently - this is the session for you. Get the full low down for TikTok Success this year:
We'll be covering:
Penny @BarBrusa_Social specializes in teaching fun-loving, lifestyle brands to create great content for TikTok growth. Her goal is to give you the skills, confidence and mindset to produce effective short-form video fast, without eating into your busy day. With more than six years of experience working in content, design and social media, she can help you to raise brand awareness, connect with new audiences and boost your monthly revenue. And - best of all - you’ll have a blast doing it.
Blogging is a great marketing tool that is really underused by small businesses.
In this session, award-winning blogger and author Joanne Dewberry will be providing valuable insight and actionable blogging tips to benefit your small business.
Joanne Dewberry is a Blogger, Published Author, Sage Business Expert and multi-award-winning, 40 year old coffee lover living in rural Dorset with her long-suffering partner (*edit as of July 2022 Husband!) and their three children. When she isn’t writing or networking she is partial to a bag of crisps and a crime drama.
Running a business is not the easy option, and with 1 in 5 small businesses failing within their first year, what traits do we need to succeed in the rollercoaster of entrepreneurship? Erin shares her insights and lessons learned after 14 years in business.

One of the most favourite parts of the day when you get to put your questions to our Speakers!
Our venue, Urban Reef, overlooks the gorgeous Boscombe beach with an inspiring view of the sea.
Please note, Urban Reef is only accessible by foot. The car park is a few minutes walk away.
If you need overnight accommodation, sadly our usual hotel Urban Beach has sadly closed. There are multiple hotels to choose from on East Overcliff Drive, just a short walk along the beach from our venue. Some delegates have booked in at The Ocean Beach Hotel here.
Feel free to email [email protected] to find out where other attendees have booked.
I know these are uncertain times and I want to make buying a ticket as risk free as possible.
