I’ve been a graphic designer by trade for my whole career and after many stressful jobs, I went freelance. I spent a couple of years freelancing in Bristol design agencies, which was great fun and taught me so much.

I was always a little frustrated with brief briefs - without a direct line to the client, it was harder to get to the heart of the brief. Once I had children, it became obvious setting up my own design studio would give me the flexibility and satisfaction of working directly with my own clients.

𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐮𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨

I now specialise in branding for small, established businesses. It’s my delight to work with clients who are ready to get their branding really focused and working hard for their business - this can be refreshing their existing identity or building from the ground up.

To support them in the long term, I offer graphic design to support businesses with all their materials - for marketing, training or anything else.

Alongside the creating, I run online design consultancy sessions. These are ideal for any stage of business, from the early days to many years in. Simply, if you have a creative conundrum, my consultancy sessions are here to help you find the answer. Together we spend an hour working through your worries, blocks or finding your direction. And I follow up with a set of notes and actions for you.

Erin brings such a warmth, energy and supportive nature to the Cocoon. This, combined with a wealth of training, resources and so many helpful reminders and thoughts in my emails have really inspired me. I recently went to my first networking session and felt so welcomed and supported - what a wonderful group!
