Kajabi review 2025 – how one platform transformed my life-friendly business

My journey to finding Kajabi
When I first started out, my website was built on Wix. It was simple enough to get going with, and I managed to teach myself how to make it look professional(ish). Later, when I wanted to run a membership, I upgraded to a site on Joomla, working with a lovely local developer.
The problem was, every time I wanted to change something, I had to email the developer, wait, and then pay for their time. It quickly became expensive and frustrating. I also had my videos hosted on Vimeo and my email marketing through MailChimp, so I was juggling multiple tools that didn’t speak to each other.

One of the reasons I can’t imagine ever leaving Kajabi is how often they innovate. Since I joined, they’ve added a podcast feature, coaching programmes, an integrated community platform, and Kajabi Payments, which allows UK users to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and ClearPay. The list of updates is endless.
Kajabi has seen huge growth recently, with more and more creators moving across to the platform. Like any fast-growing company, there are a few things they’re ironing out as they continue to evolve, but I still have complete faith in Kajabi and I’m excited to see what’s coming next. Every new feature has helped me to streamline and scale my business as a one-woman band, and I know they’ll keep finding ways to make running an online business even more seamless.

You also need to think about how quickly you could outgrow a cheaper platform, and the potential for growth and innovation you gain by investing in Kajabi from the start. For many business owners, it’s not just about the cost right now, but about creating solid foundations that allow the business to expand with ease later on.
Another thing I really value is the community. Kajabi has a highly active Facebook group filled with fellow content creators who generously share advice, answer questions, and offer inspiration. Whether you’re brand new or well established, there’s always someone ready to help you find a solution.
The Kajabi affiliate programme
