Q1: What prompted you to start your own business?

I didn’t always work in fitness, I started my career in corporate marketing but over time, I felt like my soul was being slowly drained. I knew something had to change.

My escape was always exercise, I threw myself into challenges like marathons and Ironman triathlons, and I fell in love with how it made me feel not just physically, but mentally too. It gave me confidence, clarity, and a real sense of purpose.

That’s where my passion began: helping other people feel that same way.

Although, at the time, I never imagined I could actually make a career out of it.

My journey into fitness has been a gradual one. I started by coaching triathlon alongside my full-time job, then went on to qualify as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist.

Eternally Fit was my side hustle for 6 years - early mornings, late evenings, working around my office job, learning as much as I could. And I loved every minute of it. The real turning point came when I moved from London to Bournemouth, found out I was pregnant, and was made redundant all at the same time.

Honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened to me.

It gave me the push to fully commit to building my own business and doing something I truly believe in.

Q2: Tell us a bit about what you do

Eternally Fit is all about helping anyone get fit for life in a way that works for them in their busy life. I specialise in:

  • Postnatal fitness
  • Helping women get stronger & more confident
  • Sports massage for recovery & injury prevention
  • Personalised training and nutrition plans
  • Private studio, supportive environment
  • 1:1 coaching for triathlon

I believe that movement is medicine for the body and mind, it shouldn’t be complicated, it should support your life, not take it over.

Q3: Where can we find out more?

Q4: And finally, why do you like being a member of The Cocoon

I like being a member of the cocoon because of all the training that is provided, Erin has helped me implement CEO time which really helps give my business direction. Also I love running my own business but it can be lonely, it's so nice to have a community to share ideas and learn from.
