Developing an attitude of gratitude
Did you know it's not possible to feel fearful and grateful at the same time?
Gratitude is such a strong emotion, so it will serve us to concentrate on this, rather than become immersed in fear.
There are 3 ways you can practice gratitude:
1) Write down 3 things you're grateful for every single day
2) Use an app like Gratitude app to prompt you
3) Be mindful in difficult situations and bring yourself back to gratitude
