I have to confess, I didn't feel very sparky during my Monday CEO Time today... Not sure why but I felt a bit flat. But I did some planning, ticked off some things, and headed back home.

And then I checked into the pop-up group for Kickstart Your Visibility and immersed myself in the conversations already happening for Day 1.

People are sharing so honestly about what's been stopping them getting visible, why they are finding it hard to keep consistent. And there are SO many common threads.

I think we all suffer from thinking that we are the ONLY one who hasn't got it all nailed, or the ONLY one who finds XYZ hard, or the ONLY one that isn't earning what they believe they 'should' be.

But the truth is that we are ALL striving to overcome challenges, we are ALL looking to improve and get better results, we are ALL questioning if we are making the right decisions.

And isn't this what being an entrepreneur is all about??

Stop seeing this as a weakness and start EMBRACING the fact that we are ALL learning as we go, and we will never stop learning new things!

And that's more than OK 💪

In fact, it means we are a pretty awesome bunch!
